Request a Booking of the Village Hall

We normally charge £15 per hour at weekends, £10 per hour midweek, to hire the hall.  It is a Registered Charity (number 300211) so you can Gift-Aid the fee and/or reclaim tax.

Please review the Conditions of Hire (PDF) before booking (also available in Word format).  You will need to agree to these terms, complete the paper booking form on the first page, and send full payment in order for your booking to be confirmed.

You can find answers to many common questions hirers may have on the Frequently Asked Questions page.  If you have a question that is not answered there, you can ask it when requesting to book, or contact one of the committee members.

To book the hall, either email , or fill in your details below (all fields are required, times are in 24 hour format).  Please book adequate time to set and clear up within the hired period; we expect and need the hall to be left clean and ready for the next hirer.
